I'm Shell, owner and baker.

The business was started in 2022 and has grown more than I ever expected and I am incredibly thankful for the support I have been shown.

I am a fully registered and insured business, with a 5* hygiene rating, based in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire

I have a level 2 City & Guilds qualification in food processing & cooking along with level 2 food hygiene and up to date allergen awareness training. I spent many years cooking and running small kitchens along with other hospitality jobs. 

I love baking, a hobby has become my job and I feel incredibly lucky, although I never intended it to be this way!

I live with my partner of over 20 years, one of my daughters and our rescue dog. My other daughter is grown up and has flown the nest!

When I'm not baking I like to walk, garden and drink coffee 🤭 I also listen to a lot of audiobooks.
