Meet Shell

Hey! I’m Shell — known to some as “the cake lady,” “the brownie dealer,” and occasionally just “HELP I need cake.”

I’m the face (and the frosting) behind Shellbells Bakes, based in the Forest of Dean.
I run this 5⭐ hygiene-rated little business from home, fuelled by coffee, chaos, and a love of making people happy through cake.

What I bake:
🍪 Weekly treat boxes ( postal options) – brownies, blondies, cookie loaves & more
🎂 Custom celebration cakes – for local collection only (no posting a tiered wedding cake, thanks x)
🎁 Bespoke bakes for any occasion – if it can be baked, I’ll probably try it

I’m self-taught, caffeine fuelled, and a little bit sweary — but I love what I do.
