🎄 Traditional Christmas Cake

A rich traditional Christmas fruit cake made with rum, dried fruit, cranberries and apricots, made ahead of Christmas to give all those rich festive flavours plenty of time to develop. 🎄✨

Each cake is approximately 6 inches, covered with a layer of marzipan and finished with classic royal icing and simple festive decoration, ready to take its place on the Christmas table.

Choose from:

🥃 Rum Fed – made in advance and regularly fed with rum in the run-up to Christmas for a rich, traditional flavour.

🎄 Alcohol-Free – all the festive fruit cake goodness without the alcohol.

Please note: The fruit cake contains ground almonds and the marzipan also contains almonds. No whole or chopped nuts are added.
